PitchBlueprint Pre-launch
AI pitch construction for founders

The investor pitch, engineered.

PitchBlueprint is a web app that turns your own company facts into an investor-grade pitch: a narrative arc, a 12-slide blueprint with speaker notes, and an objection bank. Then you rehearse it out loud and get AI feedback before the room does. It is the pitch builder of the Global AI Builders Cup.

Free to start with pay-as-you-go AI. In development now, opening in batches.

The Global AI Builders Cup

The pitch builder behind the Cup.

PitchBlueprint is being built as the official pitch preparation tool of the Global AI Builders Cup, the global AI startup competition. Every entrant will be able to construct their pitch, rehearse it, and hand a clean one-pager to the judges. The tool is planned to be free for all Cup entrants, so preparation is never something only the well-coached founders can afford.

The problem

Strong companies lose rounds to weaker companies that pitch better.

The pitch is the highest-leverage artifact in a raise, and most founders build it the hard way. A template tells you the slide titles, not what belongs on them for your company, and nobody watches you rehearse until the day it counts.

A template is not a story

You fill boxes and produce a deck that is complete but not persuasive. The order that wins the room is missing.

You cannot see your own narrative

You are too close to the company to know which fact is the hook and which is a footnote. The arc is invisible from the inside.

You get blindsided in the room

The deck is only half the pitch. The other half is the questions an investor will ask, and most founders prepare for a handful.

You rehearse alone, or not at all

Delivery decides pitches, yet most founders never hear themselves before the day. Coaching costs money and calendar time you do not have mid-raise.

What it will do

Everything the room needs, built from your facts.

PitchBlueprint decides what to say and in what order, then hands you clean, structured content and a place to practice saying it. It is the construction and rehearsal layer, not a slide-design tool.

Guided intake and narrative

A short guided intake captures your problem, solution, market, traction, model, team, ask, and vision. The narrative engine then proposes the storyline: the hook, the arc, and the one line every slide serves. You steer it until the framing is yours.

12-slide blueprint

Every slide gets a title, the points it should carry, and speaker notes written as what to say out loud, plus a one-pager for judges and inboxes. Regenerate any single slide without disturbing the rest. This is content and speaker notes, not visual design.

Objection bank

The investor questions most likely to land for your company, ranked, each with a drafted answer grounded in your own inputs. Where the facts are thin, it tells you what to go gather before someone else finds the gap.

Practice with AI feedback

Record your pitch in the browser and PitchBlueprint transcribes it, then grades the delivery against your own blueprint: timing across the arc, pace, filler words, and whether the hook and the ask actually landed. Rehearse, adjust, and run it again.

How it will work

From scattered facts to a pitch you can defend, and deliver.

  1. Tell it about your company

Work through the guided intake. Focused prompts, plain answers, no deck-building. Come back and finish it whenever you like.

  2. Shape the story

Review the narrative the engine proposes, regenerate the framings you want to try, and lock the throughline before any slides are built.

  3. Rehearse out loud

Record the pitch, read the AI feedback on timing, pace, and clarity, and run it again until the delivery matches the content.

  4. Export and pitch

Take your blueprint, one-pager, and objection bank to the raise or submit them to the Global AI Builders Cup. Export to Markdown, PDF, or copy blocks.
